About This Project

How can a big organ­i­sa­tion with lots of divi­sions, depart­ments and branch­es build cohe­sive employ­ee expe­ri­ence? Step by step. And some­times the first step is the hard­est one. So… chal­lenge accept­ed!


Togeth­er with the Alle­gro I designed the first brand expe­ri­ence for peo­ple that could to be attract­ed by the Alle­gro as their employ­ee. The cam­paign #Dobrze­TuByć (Good­To­Be­Here) enabled them to cre­ate a cohe­sive and authen­tic first Employ­er Brand­ing impres­sion. We’ve also engaged the cur­rent employ­ees to show how they see the com­pa­ny. Thanks to them we were able to shoot a col­lec­tion of Alle­gro stock pho­tos” and use them in all com­mu­ni­ca­tion chan­nels.


As #Dobrze­TuByć buzzed through social media, the Alle­gro became not only a great, big tech com­pa­ny in new­com­ers eyes, but also the tribe of peo­ple that like to be /work here.
