How can a big organisation with lots of divisions, departments and branches build cohesive employee experience? Step by step. And sometimes the first step is the hardest one. So… challenge accepted!
Together with the Allegro I designed the first brand experience for people that could to be attracted by the Allegro as their employee. The campaign #DobrzeTuByć (GoodToBeHere) enabled them to create a cohesive and authentic first Employer Branding impression. We’ve also engaged the current employees to show how they see the company. Thanks to them we were able to shoot a collection of “Allegro stock photos” and use them in all communication channels.
As #DobrzeTuByć buzzed through social media, the Allegro became not only a great, big tech company in newcomers eyes, but also the tribe of people that like to be /work here.
